The Senior Leadership Team at Ratcliffe College is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the school. The Senior Leadership Team uphold the Catholic Rosminian mission of the College. Together, they ensure the highest standards of education, pastoral care, and school management, working collaboratively to shape the vision and future of the College.

Ratcliffe’s Governors bring a diverse range of expertise to help guide the long-term strategic direction and financial sustainability of the College. The Governors uphold the Catholic Rosminian mission of the College, ensuring the highest standards of an all-round Catholic education for students.
The Governing Body includes former pupils, current parents, business leaders, and practitioners from a wide range of professions, all united by a shared commitment to the College’s Catholic mission and Rosminian charism.
