Here at Ratcliffe College we believe the best way for you to get a real feel for what we have to offer is to come and visit us and experience it for yourself. Below you can find out more about the many different ways you can come and Visit Ratcliffe College for yourself.

Visit Ratcliffe College you can choose from one of our twice-yearly Open Mornings which take place during October and March each year, these public events are really useful if you are looking to get a flavour of the college, tour the grounds and speak to teachers. These events are relaxed and informal and provide the opportunity to ask any questions you might have and pick up any important information you might need. We would strongly advise you book online as these events can get very busy.

If you cannot attend the Open Morning or would prefer a one-to-one appointment, we can arrange a personal visit for you and your child to visit Ratcliffe College. This will include an introduction from the Headmaster and a short tour of the school with an existing pupil. These events are usually provided for those who are looking at registering their child and have specific questions about the entrance examinations and admissions process. These events are organised at a time that best suits you and corresponds suitably with school timetabling and staff availability.

Taster days work very well for those pupils who would like to join us for a school day to experience the timetable first-hand, this enables them to get a real feel of the classrooms, the campus, the teachers, other pupils and the general ‘culture’ onsite. Taster Days also need to correspond suitably with school timetabling and staff availability and we will work with you to find something that works.

We also host specific Sixth Form Evenings which are designed for those looking to join us for Year 12 and Year 13 during the A-level period. The aim of the event is to provide a bespoke and personal experience for you. Once again, we would suggest booking online in advance to visit Ratcliffe College for this event.
