Ratcliffe Summer Holiday Camps 2025

We are excited to welcome back the Ratcliffe Summer Holiday Camps for 2025 – exclusively for Ratcliffe students currently in Years 5 to 9 (2024-2025), and this year, it’s bigger and better than ever before!

Ratcliffe Summer Holiday Camps are a fantastic opportunity for students to enjoy a wide range of fun, enriching, and active experiences, all delivered by Ratcliffe staff, right here on campus.

Flexible booking options are available – parents, choose from individual days or full weeks (Monday to Friday) to best suit your summer schedule and childcare needs.

Holiday Camp Programme Options:

1. Multi-Activities Summer Camp

• Dates of the Camp: Monday 21st July – Friday 15th August 2025 (Monday to Friday)
• Time: 9.00am – 4.30pm
• Cost per child: £35 per day or £150 per week (Incl. VAT) – added to your next Fee bill
• Lunch: Included in the cost
• Activities: STEM, Sports, Music, Arts, and much more!

2. Tennis Summer Camp

• Dates of the Camp: Monday 21st July – Friday 15th August 2025 (Monday to Friday)
• Time: 9.00am – 4.30pm
• Cost per child: £80 per day or £400 per week (Incl. VAT) – added to your next Fee bill
• Lunch: Included in the cost
•Multi-activities (AM) + Tennis (PM): Includes over 15 hours per week of professional tennis coaching and skills workshops, delivered by LTA-qualified coaches.

3. Steinway & Sons Summer Masterclass Experience Camp*

*BY INVITATION ONLY.

On this exclusive piano camp students will enjoy the following:

Wednesday Trip to the Steinway Hall, London (Marylebone): A highlight of the week will take place every Wednesday when students travel to the prestigious Steinway Hall in London for a mini-recital experience and individual masterclass with a Steinway global artist.
Daily individual tuition: A one-hour personal piano lesson (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) with a specialist piano teacher on a Steinway & Sons Grand piano.
Additional music sessions: Including composition using music technology, world percussion workshops and an inspiring Careers and Higher Educational talk from a guest speaker and Steinway artist.

Programme Overview
We have two options available to join this programme, each of them are a week–long (the programme content is identical for each):

Dates of the Camp – Week 1: Monday 21st July – Friday 25th July 2025 (9.00am – 4.30pm)

Dates of the Camp – Week 3: Monday 4th August – Friday 8th August 2025 (9.00am – 4.30pm)

Cost per child:

Day Option (Monday – Friday): £400 per week, per student. Includes all tuition, activities, lunches and travel to and from London.
Residential Option (Monday – Friday): £500 per week, per student. Includes full board accommodation at Ratcliffe College (Boarding), with arrival on Monday and departure on Friday. Includes all tuition, activities, lunches and travel to and from London.

Please note that the cost of your Holiday Camp booking will be added to your next school bill for payment.

Children will be grouped into three mixed-age activity groups, at times combining both International students and local day students. This creates a fun and inclusive environment where children can build new friendships, learn new cultures, develop language skills, and have heaps of fun together!

Each day will include a rotation through three core activity sessions, led by a dedicated Activity Leader and Assistant. These sessions will be a balance of Sports and Creative arts, or Exploratory Learning, designed to keep children active, engaged, and inspired.
