Yasmina Wins FutureChef Round 2

Congratulations to Yasmina Lock who was the winner of the national Stage 2 FutureChef 2018 local final, that took place at Loughborough College on 14th November. She made smoked deconstructed paella and her dessert was a filo basket of apple and cinnamon with clotted cream, raspberry coulis and oatcake crumble.
Well done to Charlotte Langford who was placed fourth. Yasmina will now go through to Stage 3 at Loughborough College which will take place in February of next year. We hope that Yasmina will be inspired and learn a few tricks of the trade from her mentor that she will now work alongside in preparation. Well done Yasmina, we are very proud of you.
