We are looking for an outstanding Marketing & Communications Manager to join our expanding Marketing and Admissions Department – to grow, shape and develop all aspects of the College’s marketing and communications.
The successful candidate will be joining the College at an incredibly exciting time. We are seeking to appoint 2 x female and 2 x male Graduate Assistants to work within the Sports Department and to help in the Boarding Houses. To commence 27th August 2019; fixed term contract to 3rd July 2020 with a possible extension through the summer 2020 working for the Ratcliffe College Summer School.
Ratcliffe College is a highly successful Independent School that was awarded Excellent in all categories in our last Inspection. This post would be ideal for a graduate who is considering a career in Education or Sports Coaching. You will gain extensive experience through being an integral part of both the Physical Education Department and the Boarding Staff Team. There will be opportunities for you to make a significant input into the broader life of the College, based on your particular strengths and interests.
The Role of the Graduate Assistant is split into two main areas:
Within the Sports Department, taking responsibility for School teams as well as assisting with PE and Games lessons across the age range of the College.
Within Boarding, working as part of the duty team assisting with activities, trips and supervision in the evening and at weekends.

Music is integral within Ratcliffe College and assistance is required to administer the Music Department working closely with the Director of Music.
You will be an excellent musician (Piano), able to accompany students, play in the College Chapel and be able to teach Aural music and Music Theory to groups (Grades 1-4).
Involvement in all Music Department concerts and events will be required and assisting the Director of Music with the Administration of the Department as a whole.
